I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California with over ten years of experience in the field of psychology. I have provided individual psychotherapy in a variety of settings and group counseling in the treatment of substance use disorders. I specialize in treating child, adolescent, and adult clients with depression, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders via Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness modalities (such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. I believe in treating my clients with respect and compassion, always championing the actualization of their full potential. I will work collaboratively with clients to create a treatment plan unique to your specific goals and needs.
